Glimpse at the glam rock net worth and paedo Gary Glitter’s massive net worth as he gets released from prison

PAEDO rocker Gary Glitter amassed unbearable wealth during his career as one of the biggest stars of the 1970s.
The 78-year-old, who was released from prison on Friday, was jailed in 2015 on charges of attempted rape and four counts of indecent assault.

The sicko had sex with a girl under the age of 13 and his latest victim was less than 10 when he snuck into her bed and attempted to rape her in 1975.
By 1975 sicko Glitter had sold 18 million records.
But he no longer owns the master rights to his songs – which means he no longer receives royalties for them.
In 2019, his song Rock and Roll Part 2 was featured in the film The Joker, but the rights holders insisted he would not receive royalties.
The Golden Globe-winning film Silver Linings Playbook featured the same song as Joker in the trailer.
Tech giant HP used a cover from Do You Wanna Touch Me? (Oh Yeah) in US commercials.
His songs are believed to be blacklisted on all UK radio stations, but stations in the US are still playing them.
The paedo also owns a luxurious top floor apartment in a red brick Victorian mansion off Baker Street in London.
The vacant flat, estimated to be worth £2million, has not been in his name since his arrest in Vietnam in 2006.
The house, which residents on the block say was vacant during his incarceration, is controlled by a former employee through a company.
Glitter had a love child – Gary Pantoja Sosa, believed to be 22 years old – in Cuba in 2001 with former farm girl Yudania Sosa Martinez.
The paedo, who never met his son, was a frequent visitor to the communist island, then a sex tourism destination, in the 1990s.

Glitter was freed under cover of darkness on Friday morning.
He has spent the last eight years in HMP The Verne, which has undergone a £3.3million refurbishment to become a Category C prison, housing only perverts.
The prisoners reportedly have 20-inch flat-screen TVs, tea-making facilities in their cells and are free to move around their wing 24 hours a day.
A source told The Sun: “It’s like a holiday camp in there.
“To believe that some of these people raped children would disgust the public to see how they live.”
Glitter’s pedophilia first came to light in 1997 when he was caught with 4,000 pictures of child sexual abuse.
He was first jailed in 1999 for downloading child abuse images.

Glitter was then jailed in Vietnam in 2006 for molesting two girls, ages 11 and 12, before being released in 2008.
The singer was then sentenced in Britain in 2015 to 16 years in prison for sexually abusing three young girls between 1975 and 1980 at the height of his fame.
