Gisele Bundchen recharges after Tom Brady divorce as Brazilian model heads to beach with kids

ALMOST two months after filing for divorce, supermodel Gisele Bundchen has returned home to recharge her batteries.

At a time of year when many are hoping for a cold front, the 42-year-old Brazilian has gone in search of the exact opposite.

Bundchen took to Instagram to post snaps from her trip back to Brazil, specifically from the beaches of Praia Brava in the south of the country, where she wanted to “recharge”.

Along with son Benjamin and daughter Vivian, who she shares joint custody with now ex-husband Tom Brady, according to People, the happy family appeared to be enjoying the sun, sea, swimming pool and delicious-looking food.

Bundchen’s post was captioned: “Charging with my little ones in the land of mine [heart emoji]!”

This comes after Bundchen and Brady announced they would be filing for divorce back in October.

The couple had been married for thirteen years and had been together since late 2006, shortly after Brady and actress Bridget Moynahan split.

Brady and Moynahan have a 15-year-old son named Jack.

Whether or not Brady is seeing anyone at this time remains unknown.

However, Bundchen was spotted having dinner with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in Costa Rica in November.

Back in the States, Brady is focused on keeping the Buccaneers at the top of the NFC South with just three games left until the end of the regular season.

Their next game is on Christmas Day when they travel to Arizona to face the 4-10 Cardinals.
