Gift wrapping option for Apple orders no longer offered

Apple has removed all gift wrap options for online orders in Australia, UK, US, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Canada and select regions.

Apple’s gift packaging consisted of a white box wrapped in contrasting red ribbon and a greeting card that could be personalised. Previously, gift wrapping could be added at an additional cost, and Apple offered it for free on several occasions. Likewise, Apple has removed the gift message option for packing slips for online orders. The extra packaging may have been removed as the company tries to reduce material waste as much as possible. There is no announcement as to when or if the gift wrap option will be available again anytime soon.

For personalization and gifts, Apple offers engraving on select Apple products, adding custom emoji or messages to select Beats, AirPods, iPads, 2nd generation Apple Pencils and AirTags.
