Gers go on a stunning Europa League run as Morelos, Tavernier and Balogun stun the Serbs

RANGERS continued their frenzy in Europe with a match against Red Star Belgrade.
Goals from James Tavernier, Alfredo Morelos and Leon Balogun have stunned the Serbian side as they sit in the driver’s seat ahead of next week’s second leg.

After seeing off German giants Borussia Dortmund with a score of 6-4 in the play-off round, Giovanni Van Bronckhorst’s army started the opening match.

Guelor Kanga headed home the visitors from 30 yards before McGregor kept a clean sheet for Gers with a stunning save.
And to add salt to their wounds, VAR turned it into a disallowed hat-trick as El Fardou Ben Nabouhane shot from an offside position late in the game.

Meanwhile, Barcelona were held to a goalless draw at the Nou Camp against Turkish side Galatasaray.
