Gary Neville incredulous Chelsea don’t have a transfer clause for Joao Felix as ‘he’s the only option they need’

GARY NEVILLE is incredulous Chelsea don’t have the option to buy Joao Felix at the end of his loan move.
The Portuguese striker made a temporary move to the Blues from La Liga side Atlético Madrid in January.
Felix was allowed to leave Atletico after allegedly falling out with coach Diego Simeone.
It’s believed Felix and the Argentine’s relationship was so strained it was ‘broken up’.
Despite a turbulent start that saw Felix sent off against Fulham, he was a bright spot for the club in the appalling second half of the season.
The forward has scored four goals in 15 Premier League games.
But more than his goals, the 23-year-old has proved a threat to La Liga defences.
Felix even managed to score a great solo goal in the Manchester United defeat as he carried the ball from the halfway line before firing in goal.
But pundit and former United star Neville is amazed Chelsea don’t have the option to buy him this summer.
During commentary on the game at Old Trafford, he said: “They signed everyone but they don’t have the one player they should buy.”

Felix has hinted he harbors a desire to stay at the club beyond his loan move as he pulled up his shirt after scoring against Bournemouth.
And the club are being linked with trying to buy him in the summer.
However, in order to lower the price, there are reports suggesting that Chelsea will offer players in a swap deal.
However, as things stand at present, Felix will return to Spain at the end of the season.
The Blues squad currently consists of 32 players and the new coach, believed to be Mauricio Pochettio, will have a say in the summer reduction.
Stars like Mateo Kovacic, Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Edouard Mendy, Hakim Ziyech, Conor Gallagher and Kalidou Koulibaly could all be sold.
