Gary Neville claims Marcus Rashford looks ‘more excited’ for Man Utd after spotting Star’s ‘happy’ warm-up

Rashford had a good World Cup season with England, scoring three goals.
But it wasn’t enough to get through the quarterfinals as the Three Lions lost to France.
Rashford had the chance to force the game into overtime with a free-kick in the final moments, but failed to find the goal.
And Neville was happy to see that disappointment hadn’t reached him as he smiled during the warm-up ahead of their win at Old Trafford.
He told Sky Sports: “I think that’s the most difficult position on the right that Marcus plays.
“He’s better in the middle and he’s certainly better on the left.
“Right, I think it’s difficult for him at times, but he looks more enthusiastic and ready to play there at that moment and he’s making the most of it.
“I thought in general he was happy in the warm up, he looked like he was ready to come back.

“You think about the World Cup and the impact that some of these teams will have had, you have the Brazilians out there and some of the English guys out there who got knocked out in the quarter-finals.
“He’s come back and looks happy and I think it’s a good warm-up game to get back into the Premier League.”
Rashford scored with a brilliant finish after a powerful run with the ball in his side’s 2-0 win over the Clarets.
After the game, the 25-year-old admitted he was disappointed to be eliminated from the World Cup.
He said: “To be honest it’s more emotional because it’s such a disappointing feeling to be knocked out and you just have to pick yourself up.
“You don’t have time to feel sorry for yourself when you come back here, so it’s all about getting results.”
