It is not known how old Gabby, who was killed last September aged 22, or Joseph in the picture are.
He shared the photo on Instagram, where he said: “Empty our storage unit and come across this.
“Take as many photos/videos as possible with your loved ones.”
He closed the post with the hashtags “tbt” (Throwback Thursday), “miss you” and Gabby’s name.
Heartbroken social media users described the picture as a “beautiful memory” for Joseph and his family.

One commented: “Gabby is in my heart forever. You all are.”
Another wrote: “This is beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time.”
And a third said: “That’s such great advice. I didn’t have as many photos with my mother as I would have liked.
“But my friend who recently passed away, we had loads of photos and it was amazing to revisit. Luckily I had handwritten notes with my mom which was perfect (sic). TAKE. THE. PICTURES.”
Social media users commented that their children would not let their photos be taken.
One woman commented: “My kids never want me to take their picture. They think I’ll post them somewhere.
“I always have to tell them that they are for me and they are nobody else. Then they let me. I’m glad you came across this precious photo and great memory.”
‘VALUABLE’ SNAP
Gabby’s family have since welcomed the new support for victims of domestic violence, after footage showed the vlogger in tears before she disappeared.
The Gabby Petito Foundation welcomed a new Missouri law entitled The Victims Economic Safety and Security Act.
The law provides that victims of domestic and sexual violence are granted protected time off from work.
This means if someone is experiencing violence at home and needs time off to seek medical help or find a safer living situation, they can do so without fear of losing their job.
Gabby’s family said of the new law: “Certainly a step in the right direction.”
Gabby was reported missing after her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, returned home from a cross-country trip in their van without her.
Her body was later found in Wyoming and Laundrie was identified as a person of interest in the case before taking his own life.
Weeks before she disappeared, Gabby and Laundrie had an argument in Moab, Utah.
GABBY LEFT “TREMBERS”
Released bodycam footage showed a stressed Gabby as she was questioned by police officers.
A hysterical Gabby told officers Laundrie grabbed her face, leaving a “burning” cut on her cheek and red marks on her arm.
dr Ann Wolbert Burgess, a behavioral scientist, narrates NewsNation: “Look how upset she is. She trembles, she half sobs, she moves her hands. She is very, very emotional at this special time.”
In the harrowing bodycam footage, the vlogger recalled a clash she and Brian had outside the Moonflower Cafe.
She said her morning was “stressful” and told cops she apologized to Brian for “her OCD.”
Officers pointed out marks on Gabby’s arms, but the vlogger said she wasn’t sure how they happened.
Gabby and Laundrie’s families are currently embroiled in a legal battle.

The Petitos want Laundrie’s parents to testify in court.
But Laundrie’s parents have hit back at allegations that they covered up Petito’s murder.
