“Wishing your family a Merry Christmas, my thoughts and prayers are with you all as another holiday goes by without your beautiful daughter Gabby!” wrote another.

NEW APPLICATION SUBMITTED
Meanwhile, Gabby’s parents have filed a motion to add the laundry’s family lawyer to their ongoing lawsuit after criticizing a “cold-hearted” statement he released last year.
Gabby’s family have already been awarded $3million from Brian Laundrie’s estate in a wrongful death lawsuit – but his parents Chris and Roberta are still grappling with legal troubles as the grieving family claim the couple refused to release vital information who would have implicated their son.
Patrick Reilly, an attorney for Gabby’s parents, provided The US Sun with a statement explaining why Joe Petito and Nichole Schmidt want to add attorney Steven Bertolino as a defendant before the emotional distress case goes to trial in August 2023.
Speaking on behalf of the parents, Reilly said they allege that Brian’s family knew the location of Gabby’s body and refused to provide information following her disappearance.
“When they decided to speak, it was through statements from Steven Bertolino, including a statement dated September 14, 2021, that it was the ‘Hope of the Laundrie Family’ that the search for Miss Petito is successful and that Miss Petito is successful reunited with her family,” Reilly said.
Writing that they believe the laundries knew Gabby had passed away at the time, the attorney issued the statement: “insensitive, cold-hearted and outrageous.
“After careful consideration, Gabby Petito’s parents this afternoon filed a motion for a leave of absence from the court and asked the court for permission to file a second amended complaint to include Steven Bertolino as a defendant in the lawsuit.
“Requests of this nature are generously granted by the court.
“Joseph Petito and Nichole Schmidt are seeking justice and accountability for the loss of their daughter and the harm it has caused.”
FAILED SEARCH
The post also comes as Dog the Bounty Hunter was hit with over $1.6 million in federal and state tax liens following his failed search for the late fugitive Brian Laundrie.
The US Sun has exclusively confirmed that the reality star and bounty hunter, whose real name is Duane Chapman, owes millions of dollars in unpaid taxes, with debts stretching from Colorado to Hawaii.
Dog’s state liens in Hawaii relate to his “individual income” in 2019 and 2014, according to documents filed with the IRS.
His Aloha State lien totals $72,229.
Meanwhile, Dog’s outstanding federal liens in Colorado span the years 2014 through 2020 and are spread across two counties.
In Douglas County, Dog, 69, owes federal taxes for 2014 through 2019 with a mortgage totaling $799,975, according to Clerk and Recorder’s Office records.
A second lien of $20,147 has also been filed with Douglas for 2020.
In Jefferson County, Colorado, the Clerk and Recorder’s Office confirmed the former TV star has another outstanding federal tax lien for tax years 2014 through 2019 totaling $800,087.

Dog gave The US Sun an exclusive statement on his tax situation.
“I have worked diligently to pay off this outstanding debt and I look forward to putting this behind us,” said the famous bounty hunter.
