Four discontinued Olive Garden entrees you’ll never see again – including a decadent dish with seven cheeses

OLIVE Garden has left fans with unsatisfied cravings after removing some decadent appetizers.
Although the breadsticks are the most iconic item at Olive Garden, the main course is always the star of the show.

Over the years, the menu has retained the classics—lasagne, spaghetti, and the Tour Of Italy—and set new standards with other offerings.
Not everything can earn a permanent place, much to the dismay of guests.
We’ve rounded up four Olive Garden dishes that are gone but never forgotten.
1. SPAGHETTI CAKE
In 2016, Olive Garden changed the game with this one.

Eat This, Not That calls the dish “decadent”. There were two versions of the cakes.
The alfredo chicken option consisted of spaghetti, seven cheeses, and bacon, then was topped with grilled chicken and alfredo sauce.
Guests could also order the deep dish pie with meatballs, which had the same base but was topped with meatballs and meat sauce.
2. BREWED BEEF WITH TORTELLINI
This dish was a staple on Olive Garden’s menu for years before it was discontinued.
Fans were disappointed and even started a petition on Change.org two years ago to get the food back.
The outrage hasn’t died down either.
In December, Twitter user Greg Jones tweeted; “I like Olive Garden, but they discontinued my favorite braised beef with tortellini. I try to forgive them but it’s hard lol.”
If you’re up to the test, there are several copycat recipes you can try at home.
3. CHICKENS FETTUCCINE FLORENTINE
It was hard to say goodbye to “one of the creamiest pasta dishes on the menu,” according to Eat This, Not That.
The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo has been spiced up with spinach – a simple change with a big impact.
You can still technically order this by ordering chicken alfredo with spinach and if the kitchen has everything on hand they will serve you.
4. PORTOBELLO RAVIOLI
These mushroom ravioli have been topped with a creamy sauce made from sun-dried tomatoes and cheese.
They were particularly popular with vegetarians.
It’s still a touchy subject for fans, as a disappointed diner broke down in tears when told the ravioli had been discontinued.
She Tweeted; “I went there today because I was craving it, and my hormone levels started crying because they don’t exist anymore.”

Meanwhile, Applebee’s fans are furious about a menu change.
And Ihop just “evolved” a main menu.
