Green Goblin is now available in Fortnite shop for 1,500 V-Bucks. You can also get the Pumpkin P’Axe and the Goblin Glider for 800 V-Bucks each and the Pumpkin Arm! Emojis for 200 V-Bucks. There is also an all-item pack that includes a loading screen or 2,100 V-Bucks.
This emerged from the tail end of recent Spiderman cross that added a web shooter category and various Spider-Man skins, including several based on No Way Home. However, the Green Goblin skin is styled more on a comic book than moviesfeaturing his iconic purple and green mask.
The teaser shows Goblin and Spider-Man atop the Daily Bugle right before their fight, both in their comics, while there are several elves in the background, one of whom has Llama skin. You can actually head to the Daily Bugle right now in Fortnite if you want to try and recreate this fight. The goblin can also be seen with his hovercraft and pickaxe, the latter a staff with a glowing pumpkin on top.
The Green Goblin was leaked a while ago, but the leaks indicate that he is an NPC that you will find at the Daily Bugle alongside Mary Jane Watson. But in reality, a Goblin is a skin. That still leaves MJ. We have Zendaya’s Michelle Jones in Fortnite but with this Goblin being themed around the comics, maybe we’ll see an MJ to match. Fortnite is building its own mini Spider-Verse.
In other Fortnite news, the developer Epic game heard the pleas of the community and will keep some snow on the map due to its popularity. If you want to capture that Christmas feeling from No Way Home, head over to the Logjam Lumberyard to the northwest of the map, and you’ll find it a bit dimmer than the rest of the island.
And since ten days ago, you can now find giant dinosaurs on the map that are spewing items. Oh, and you can ride them. Fortnite keeps getting weirder, huh?
