“They won’t be ready until after the World Cup.
“They’re positive, optimistic, they’re in touch with Gareth.
“I don’t know, hopefully they can be ready to be picked.
“Kalvin feels very comfortable, his mobility in the shoulder is perfect.
“He has to avoid contact with his teammates at the moment.
“If he’s fit and I think he can play, maybe he can make a few minutes.
“They’re getting better, especially Kalvin, but they’re both out.”
