Floyd Mayweather, 45, admits he hasn’t trained hard for the exhibition fight with YouTuber Deji and is “just having fun”.

FLOYD MAYWEATHER admittedly didn’t train hard for his show with YouTuber Deji, but was “just kidding.”

The boxing legend returns for eight rounds of spectacle at the Coca-Cola Arena on Sunday night.

It’s his third showing this year, but Mayweather insisted he barely worked a sweat.

He said: “I never train that hard when it comes to an exhibition. But I’m looking forward to getting out there and just having fun.”

Mayweather, 45, retired in 2017 after beating ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor, 34, but has had four exhibition fights since then.

Most recently, he knocked out Japanese MMA contender Miruku Asakura, 30, on a RIZIN bill.

That came after he faced kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 24, YouTuber Logan Paul, 27, and ex-sparring partner Don Moore.

Mayweather and Moore were scheduled to box exceptionally on a hotel HELIPAD 700 feet above sea level in May.

But the death of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan at the age of 73 meant it was scrapped and headed to Abu Dhabi a week later.

Mayweather dominated the fight over the distance and returns to his happy hunting ground in the Middle East.

He said: “I’m delighted to be back in the UAE.

“It’s always great to come here – so many beautiful people, a peaceful country and I’m ready to go and entertain what I do best.”

Mayweather added: “I’m excited to bring this incredible boxing experience to Dubai. I’m happy to be back.

“I couldn’t do it without my team. We are a driving force as long as we keep working together.

“On Sunday, the Mayweather entertainment team will give people what they want to see.”
