The seriously festive Christmas special is upon us soon and here we take a look at the celebrities’ festive makeovers as they prepare to hit the dance floor

Seriously come dance of The Christmas special is just a few weeks away – and the stars have already got a festive makeover.
The Repair Shop’s Jay Blades, host Moira Stuart, First Dates star Fred Sirieix, Adrian Chiles, pop star Anne Marie and presenter and actress Mel Giedroyc are six celebrities who signed up to attend. Join this year’s Christmas special.
And before they hit the dance floor, we get a first look at their fabulous outfits as they prepare to hit the floor with a carnival-inspired routine in hopes of raising the very special Christmas Glitterball trophy separate.
Jay will be paired with dancer Luba Mushtuk while Moira will dance with Aljaz Skorjanec, who has been dressed up as an elf.

“I’m super excited, second time! One is because I’m going to learn a new dance besides ‘Dad’, and two is because I’m going to be on Seriously! It’s a show I’ve always admired, And I can’t wait to see how I perform!” Jay recently talked about his time on the show.
Fred will dance with Dianne Buswell while Adrian has teamed up with Jowita Przystal as they prepare to take on the challenge Seriously come to dance.

In the past, the First Dates star has said: “I really love Christmas so I’m delighted to be in the rigorous Christmas special and to be partnered with the gorgeous Dianne. I hope my dance moves bring Christmas cheer to everyone who were watching at home and didn’t make the judges say ‘Bah, Humbug!’ I got the phone call and I was both excited and scared.”
Anne-Marie will dance with Graziano Di Prima and she swore to be “competitive” on the dance floor.

She said, “I’m so excited to be in the rigorous Christmas special. I love the show, and who would turn down a dance with Graziano?!”
And the former Great British Bake Off Mel star is a self-confessed serious and eager fan to dance with Neil Jones, as she adds: “I don’t think I’ve been this excited for Christmas since I received my first guinea pig from Santa’s hands in 1978.”
It comes later Anton du Beke said he was “a bit disappointed” when he was given the Christmas special rating – than dancing in it.
“I LOVE the Christmas special – it’s amazing, the songs are great and the costumes are great too. I’m a bit disappointed judging that I would love to dance in it because I love it so much,” he said.
