TWIN PEAKS EXTENSION
Twin Peaks — famous for its woodsy lodge vibe and scantily clad waitstaff — has grown rapidly in the last year.
CEO Joe Hummel confirmed that Twin Peaks met its goal of 100 sites this past Memorial Day when the Greenwood, Indiana, site began operations.
“We pride ourselves on knowing our customers and strive to continue providing them with an experience they can’t get anywhere else,” said Hummel.
“Reaching the milestone of 100 cottages in the second quarter was an incredible achievement. “Our fans embrace our offerings, and our franchise partners and employees deliver consistently – that’s why we’re able to continue to grow the brand so quickly,” he continued.
The sports bar franchise plans to open 200 locations by 2027.
In comparison, chief rival Hooters has more than 300 locations across the country.
Most of the Twin Peaks are in the South and Midwest, with the highest concentrations in Texas and Florida.
The chain has even opened a few branches south of the border in Mexico.
Twin Peaks is barely represented in the Northwest and there are no locations in the Northeast yet.
Another chain added a whopping ten new items.
And a famous fast-food chain is still making changes to its drive-through operation.
