The FedEx outage MAIN affected the company’s online tracking as shoppers complained they “couldn’t deliver anything” Black Friday.

Customers took to Twitter to vent their frustrations tonight after FedEx confirms tracking service has stopped working.

“I’m sorry, but it seems FedEx online tracking is currently on hiatus”, read a tweet from their official account after a user tweeted about the company.

“Please tell me why my tracking number is not working after posting this tweet,” they stink.

Why is my tracking number suddenly non-existent within minutes of posting this. “

Users initially complained that they were “tired of all of you never delivering my packages on time.”

“Why would I even pay for shipping if you’re all going to delay it for 3 days” before FedEx revealed the problem, “they stink before FedEx responds.

Then more people weigh in on the problems they’re having.

“I got the same results. Looks like you’re complaining that your package disappeared from their system,” one person said.

“[I] think it’s just down right now. even my package which i received today is not showing on tracking service when i am checking another one,” commented a third person.

Downdetector reported the issue shortly after 7:56 p.m. ET.
