NORWICH defender Brandon Williams almost lost his temper at his Brentford rival… until he realized he was being challenged by Christian Eriksen.

The 21-year-old was caught up in a 50/50 challenge with the Danish superstar during Norwich’s clash with Brentford on Saturday.

Both players went down as a result, but Williams seemed very angry at the challenge.

He looked like he was about to do something that might have gotten him warned by the referee, but realizing it was Eriksen decided to hug him instead.

Fans took to Twitter to discuss the incident and many found it hilarious.

One person tweeted: “Brandon Williams is starting to realize it’s Eriksen he’s shoving in the chest before hugging him, that’s all.”

Eriksen made his first start for the Bees on Saturday and marked the opportunity with an assist.

It was his first appearance in a starting XI since suffering cardiac arrest at Euro 2020 – 266 days ago.

The Bees won the game 3-1 with Ivan Toney scoring all three goals.
