Round four also stops for a full three minutes with the watch showing about five seconds left on the watch.
Segi TV had an issue during their live stream that kept interrupting, much to the frustration of viewers.
Onlookers were bewildered by the sudden end of the battle.
One fan wrote on Twitter: “Eddie Hall vs Thor battle was a great performance and I’m sure it was stopped when the clock was 10 seconds down.”
Another added: “Eddie hall match last round cut with 10 seconds left?”
And a third said: “They lost a whole minute because of the timer.”
Despite the uproar, in reality, Hall needed more than the last ten seconds to find the killer blow.
He started the skirmish brilliantly and hit some huge shots but couldn’t build on that initial momentum.

Thor hit Hall with a massive punch towards the end of the third round, shoving Brit onto the frame.
Hall was back but tired in the final rounds and was unable to deal much damage to Thor, with the second-round knockdown being the only time he really gave the Icelandic giants a hard time.
