Fans are raving about ‘Poundland Jack Grealish’ almost fooling the Sky Sports presenter as he celebrates the Man City title

FOOTBALL fans were in hysterics after Sky Sports presenter Dave Jones nearly mistook a Jack Grealish look-alike for the Manchester City striker.

After beating Chelsea 1-0, City fans stormed the pitch after securing the Premier League title after Arsenal lost to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

And Man City players were quickly led away to protect them from the onrushing crowd.

The fans strolled across the field and watched the stadium celebrations.

But as the cameras scanned the field, they caught a man who bore a striking resemblance to Grealish.

And the fan’s hair and face nearly got Sky Sports presenter Jones.

Heading to the supporter, Jones could be heard saying, “I thought for a second that was Grealish.”

Social media then took to the stage with their reactions to the Grealish doppelganger Sky Sports Premier League account referred to him as “Gack Jrealish”.

One fan said: “The Poundland Jack Grealish.”

Another replied: “I’ve been waiting for this tweet 😂😂😂 The camera stayed on him for a full minute. I was convinced they thought it was Jack.”

A third added: “Looks like Jack Grealish and Harvey Elliott’s love child.”

A fourth replied: “This is Jack in his first season at City 😂.”

And another simply said, “Jack when he retires.”

Grealish was among the Man City players as they celebrated their title triumph.

It’s the end of a sensational season for the ex-Aston Villa player who has improved significantly after a difficult first season at Manchester.

In the 2022/23 season, he recorded five goals and 11 assists in 48 appearances.

And Grealish could win two more trophies if Man City progress to the FA Cup and Champions League finals.
