Peter Spencer was shot dead near Carls Road in the town of Rockland last month. His family is demanding that more be done to find out who killed him.
Family members said they were left in the dark throughout this investigation and did not receive any answers or updates from police.
They say Spencer was shot nine times and four people were taken into custody the night he died. But the family said no arrests have been made.

They said drugs, alcohol and guns were found at the scene where the shooting took place.
Family attorney Paul Jubas said Spencer was dropped off by his fiance at a campground in Venango County, where he went outdoors with a friend. Others involved in the case have yet to be identified, the lawyer said.
Family members are now asking the US Department of Justice and the FBI to step in. They also want the Venango County Medical Examiner’s Office to give its report to a private assessor, Dr. Cyril Wecht.
They called the fact that they didn’t have any answers extremely disturbing, and they said they couldn’t sit back and do nothing.
