FORMER Mr. Universe Calum von Moger is fighting for his life after jumping through a window, it has been reported.
The Australian actor and bodybuilder, 31, is said to have fallen from a second floor window last week, just days after he shared an emotional message with his fans.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram last week, he said: “Everyone has a past. We’ve all been through tough times. I admit I screwed up many times.
“But I don’t care about dwelling on negative thoughts from the past. All I care about is that I learn from my mistakes and become a better person.
“The positive achievements I’ve made in my life far outweigh the failures I’ve had along the way.
“I can only ask for your forgiveness so that I can move forward on the right path again.”
Moger is best known for his portrayal of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 2018 film Bigger.
According to Generation Iron, in the fall of May 6, Moger seriously injured his spine and underwent major surgery.
Fellow bodybuilder and Youtuber Nick Trigilli said the three-time Mr. Universe winner is still in hospital in an induced coma.
Trigilli said he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident.
Moger, who has 3.2 million Instagram followers, reportedly suffered a large number of cuts through the glass.
Trigilli, who runs the BodyBuilding & BS YouTube channel, said in his video, “Calum is hitting a hard point… I hope this is the bottom for him and he can get his life back.”
Moger was reportedly recently kicked out of his family’s home in Australia.
Fans rushed to send messages of support after learning of Moger’s injury.
One said: “I’m praying for you man. You were my first inspiration for fitness and I hope you get through these tough times.”
Another said: “I’m praying for you. Everyone pray for this man.”
Bodybuilder Jason Poston said, “I’m praying for you big guy… and you know I’m not just saying that.”
