Giggs, 48, stepped down as Wales manager in June.
He faces court next month accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend Kate Greville, 37.
A source said: “He may have withdrawn money to pay for legal fees.”
The ex-player – who has won 64 caps in Wales – is understood to have used the firm for his sponsorship and image rights payment.

The father of two Giggs, who divorced his wife Stacey in 2017 after 10 years, was a rising star at United when he founded the company in 1993.
He has enjoyed a number of lucrative sponsorship deals with companies such as Reebok and Swiss luxury watch company Patek Phillipe.
The closure of the company has sparked speculation that Giggs may not return to football.
