Every iPhone owner needs to set up life saving feature TODAY – don’t wait around

EVERY iPhone has an urgent feature that you should set up as soon as possible.
It’s called an emergency SOS system – and can do a few things to help you in a difficult situation.
This system is great if you have a medical problem that requires urgent care.
You can even alert emergency services to ongoing medical problems that could affect any treatment.
But it can also be used to communicate with the police and loved ones if you feel in danger.
Either way, an emergency SOS could one day save your life.
How to activate Emergency SOS on iPhone
Apple has created an emergency SOS system for iPhones that will ring a separate 999 or emergency number for your area and send your location to your contacts.
If you have an iPhone 8 or later, you need to hold the power button and one of the volume down keys at the same time.
You will see “Emergency SOS” pop up on the screen and it will start counting down for a few seconds before ringing emergency services.
Make sure you hold both buttons.
If you have set up a list of emergency contacts, it will send them your location after your call with emergency services disconnects.
If you’re using an iPhone 7 or later, you’ll need to quickly press the power button five times, then slide your finger over the “Emergency SOS” button that appears on the screen.
If you don’t slide the button, the alarm will start sounding.
How to set up emergency contacts on iPhone
Open your Apple Health app and click “Medical ID.”
Then select “Edit” and set up a Medical ID if you don’t have one already.
This can help alert emergency services of any pre-existing medical conditions if you are found unconscious but have your iPhone with you.
Scroll to the “Add emergency contact” option and add as many people as you want.
