Erling Haaland relaxes alongside a pretty mystery brunette in Marbella during the mid-season World Cup break

ERLING HAALAND has been joined by a mystery woman during his mid-season break in Marbella.

The Manchester City striker was spotted walking, chatting and getting some food with the pretty brunette.

The pair were also joined by a Chihuahua as they stopped for some refreshments in the Spanish sunshine.

Haaland was released by coach Pep Guardiola during the World Cup in Qatar.

The Norwegian and his national team didn’t do enough to qualify for the tournament as they finished only third in their group behind Netherlands and Turkey.

Haaland scored just five goals in the qualifying rounds for Norway, seven fewer than Group G top scorer Memphis Depay.

That included a hat-trick against Minnows Gibraltar.

Despite disappointment on the international stage, the 22-year-old has been in exceptional form since joining Manchester City this season.

He has already scored 18 goals in just 13 games in the Premier League.

Haaland has continued this red-hot club form in Europe, scoring five goals in four Champions League games.

The striker appears to be enjoying his break from top-flight action – and is unlikely to accept the temporary loan offer from non-league club Ashton United.

The club wanted to sign Haaland during the World Cup break so he can remain fit and ready when City return to action against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup on December 22.
