Erik ten Hag has pledged massive transfer funds as he targets three World Cup stars to help rebuild Man Utd squad

ERIK TEN HAG has been promised massive funds to help Manchester United rebuild – despite the Glazers’ plans to sell the club.
Boss Ten Hag spent a staggering £230million on Casemiro, Antony, Lisandro Martinez and Tyrell Malacia last summer.

And he claims Old Trafford bosses have vowed to give him “more money for this project”.
The club’s US owners, the Glazers, are ready to hear offers that could potentially end their 17-year ownership.
But Dutchman Ten Hag had talks about the club’s financial future with chief executive Richard Arnold last month, revealing: “We talked about the culture we want, about goals and objectives.
“He has confirmed that they will not change.
“It gets even better because more money is available for this project.
“I have been informed by the club I am not speaking to the owners about this issue.
“My information is that it will only be good things because there is more investment, which is good.”
Ten Hag are looking to sign a replacement for sacked striker Cristiano Ronaldo when the January transfer window opens.

And Benfica’s Portugal World Cup star frontman Goncalo Ramos – who has an alleged £103million release clause – is at the top of his list.
Cody Gakpo, £60million-rated winger from PSV Eindhoven is also on his radar and there could also be a move for Chelsea striker Christian Pulisic.
