ERIK TEN HAG undergoes major Manchester United internal review as his plans to overhaul the club begin.
The Dutchman started work early despite only officially leaving Ajax last week.
He has begun rebuilding his Red Devils at their training ground with ambitions to take the club back to the Premier League’s elite squad.
SunSport understands the various support departments at the Carrington training complex have been apprised of its plans.
Ten Hag wants to spend time with each of them to see how they work and to get to know the employees personally.
This includes everyone from the technical analysis team to the nutritionists and conditioners.
Even the kitchen staff have been warned that they want to look at the weekly menus and decide what stays or goes.
Ten Hag will be speaking to groundsmen about the daily training setups for pre-season drills.
The 52-year-old is a stickler for details, down to the length of the pitch on various pitches.
A source said: “He brings his own style. It feels like an army commander putting his troops in order.”

The ex-FC Utrecht manager took part in an official tour of the Aon Training Complex earlier this week and held his first press conference on Monday afternoon.
And he has already warned his players about his brutal work ethic and preparation plans ahead of the new campaign.
Ten Hag told the club’s website: “A manager is on hand 24/7.
“You live for football and you want to prepare for a season and when you have to prepare a team game by game.
“We have to play a game every three days, so a lot is about football.
“You sleep and you live football.”
