Farrell’s father Andy is the current manager of the Ireland national rugby team.
Since his 2019 appointment, he has taken her to the top of the world rankings.
And it seems he takes much pleasure in exciting his son by giving gifts to his grandson.
The Manchester United fan wasn’t too happy about the discovery when he asked his son about the tops.
And Farrell revealed that Tommy is no longer allowed to wear the shirt.
He told The Telegraph: “I asked him why he has one.
“He said, ‘It’s Grandpa’s team,’ and I said, ‘Well, you can wear a suit like Grandpa, but not the gear.’
“They go for everything and my dad got them a Man City jersey too, which I’m not happy about either.

“They are also obsessed with Batman and Spiderman at the moment and dressed up as them last week.
“Someone sent us a picture and said they look like Del Boy and Rodney [from the famous scene in the BBC classic comedy Only Fools and Horses].”
Farrell will lead his side in Saturday’s Six Nations opener against Scotland at Twickenham Stadium.
He was reinstated as the team’s captain by new head coach Steve Borthwick for the Six Nations.
