TENNIS star Emma Raducanu’s stalker is trying to have his community service sentence slashed.

Amrit Magar, 36, walked 23 miles to the 20-year-old’s home and left a note saying she “deserved love”.

Last year, the married ex-Amazon driver got a five-year restraining order, an 18-month community order and 200 hours of unpaid labor.

Court documents now show that he petitioned the judges to have the work order overturned on medical grounds.

On a visit to the London home in December 2021, Magar stole her father’s shoe, thinking it was hers.

Britain’s Emma felt terrified by the ordeal, saying: “I feel like my freedom has been taken away from me.

“I don’t feel safe in my home.”
