She was joined by British models Cara Delevingne and Adwoa Aboah, who crashed into the back seat of a taxi.
The second annual Vogue World kicked off London Fashion Week, which officially opens on Friday.
Numerous celebrities, including Jared Leto, Sienna Miller, Anna Wintour and Kate Winslet, attended the event, which ended with a fashion runway.
Emily’s trip to London comes just days after she was caught chatting to Jennifer Aniston’s ex Justin Theroux at the US Open in New York.
The model and Mulholland Drive actor, 52, attended the men’s final between Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev.
The two were seen smiling and chatting as they watched the action on the pitch.
Justin was married to “The Morning Show” actress Jennifer Aniston (54) from 2015 to 2018.
