Elon Musk ‘teen stalker’ Refused $5,000 to stop revealing his location

BILLIONAIRE Elon Musk is said to have tried to pay a teenager who was following his jet-setting adventures – until the businessman GHOSTED him.

The Tesla boss was unimpressed when he discovered a 19-year-old had developed a Twitter bot to track the movements of his private jet.

Based on ProtocolMusk sent a DM asking for it to be taken down.

The account is one of several run by Jack Sweeney, which follows celebrities like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos.

It uses publicly available data of all flights in the air.

@ElonJet is the most popular of the bunch, with almost 90,000 followers.

Musk fears some “seeds” might shoot out of the sky.

“Can you take this down? It’s a security risk,” he apparently pleaded.

The teen replied: “Yes, I can but will it cost you a Model 3 just kidding unless?”

After a few messages back and forth, Musk asked Sweeney how much money he made running the account.

When he revealed that it earned him no more than $20 a month, the richest man in the world made a small offer of $5,000 to clear the account.

Teenagers push more, asking for an extra zero at the end.

“Is there any chance to go up to $50k?” he say.

“That would be great support in college and could allow me to get a car maybe even a Model 3.”

Musk insists he’ll think about it but so far Sweeney hasn’t heard back.

That conversation happened in the fall months.

But the self-proclaimed “fan” of Musk was not offended.

He actually decided to get another job recently, telling Musk he’d rather have an internship than make money.

But Musk has yet to open the message.

“I think he’s on vacation in Hawaii if you check out ElonJet,” he said.
