Elon Musk breaks silence on Trump’s possible return to Twitter – and who he will never leave on the platform

ELON Musk has broken his silence on Donald Trump’s potential return to Twitter – and who he will never leave on the platform.
Since buying Twitter for $44 billion, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla has said multiple times that the platform will become a champion of free speech.

This has led many to believe that Musk would reinstate Trump, whose account was permanently suspended following the January 2021 United States Capitol riots.
“After carefully reviewing the @realDonaldTrump account’s recent tweets and the context surrounding them, we have permanently suspended the account due to a risk of further incitement to violence,” read one tweet from the official Twitter Safety account.
However, Musk’s latest tweets have users wondering if the former president will return.
“The new Twitter policy is free speech, not free reach,” Musk wrote.

“You won’t find the tweet unless you specifically search for it, which is no different from the rest of the internet.”
He added that public figures such as comedian Kathy Griffin and psychologist Jordan Peterson have been reinstated.
“Trump’s decision hasn’t been made yet.”
There was one person who didn’t want to bring Musk back, but it’s not clear if he meant it or not.
“What do you want Twitter to do next?” he tweeted.
One user replied, “Bring Alex Jones back!!!!”
To which Musk simply replied, “No.”
Jones was permanently banned from Twitter in 2018 for “abusive behavior.”
“We took this action based on new reports of tweets and videos posted yesterday violating our abusive behavior policy, in addition to the accounts’ previous violations,” Twitter Safety tweeted at the time.
