While speaking to residents, a manager told D’Oench that he and his photographer had to leave the property. He was given a phone number to call at the Civic Towers office. And when he did, there was an audio recording saying, “Sorry, users of this mailbox can’t receive more messages.”
Residents at Civic Towers Apartment have shared about this issue. Last August, they filed a complaint with the city saying there were problems with litter, mold, structural damage and other maintenance issues.
