Eagles’ Landon Dickerson may miss Tuesday’s game vs Washington

The NFL’s recent surge in positive COVID-19 tests has finally impacted the Philadelphia Eagles.


The team announced on Sunday night that starting left-back Landon Dickerson has been placed on the reserve/COVID list, meaning there’s a chance he could miss this Tuesday’s game against Team Soccer Washington.

If Dickerson is out of action on Tuesday, the tje Eagles are likely to start Sua Opeta at left-back. The team dropped to the third right guard with Brandon Brooks and Jack Driscoll both out, Nate Herbig having started on the right guard.

Of course, the game was postponed from Sunday to Tuesday night at 7 p.m. Since that time, the Washington team has begun activating players from their COVID list, which includes Jonathan Allen and Montez Sweat.
