Eagle-eyed fans spot a message on Lebron James’ headphones just before they break the NBA scoring record

LEBRON James broke another NBA record Tuesday night — and it was all about the details.
The 38-year-old became the league’s top scorer when he surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s record.

James set a new standard in front of his home Los Angeles Lakers fans.
And the four-time NBA champion looked to the zone from the moment he headed down to warm up.
James wore headphones with a custom message in his warm-up.
The 38-year-old is an ambassador for “Beats”.

And his headphones read the number 38,388 on the top Tuesday night.
That number is one more than Abdul-Jabbar’s 38,387 point tally — which LeBron missed.
James, 38, set the record Tuesday at Crypto.com Arena when his Los Angeles Lakers hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Abdul-Jabbar, 75, watched from the sidelines.
Shortly after scoring his record point, James was congratulated on the court, with NBA boss Adam Silver and Abdul-Jabbar posing for shots when play was suspended.
He then got the mic with tears in his eyes and thanked, among others, his family, friends and those around him for helping him on his journey.
A visibly overwhelmed James ended his speech with, “F**k man, thank you guys.”
