The 35-year-old’s post was a very simple message in green letters on a white background.
The message read: “One day at a time.”
In her caption, Julianne wrote, “Take it day by day” with a sun emoji.
This cryptic message was released just weeks before she debuted as a host of the DWTS show.
Season 32 of the competitive show will premiere on September 12th.
Previously, Julianne served as a professional dancer on the show for several seasons before moving onto the judging panel.
The two-time Mirrorball Trophy winner will co-host with Alfonso Ribeiro, 51, who has hosted the show since last season.

She will replace 49-year-old Tyra Banks, who held the host position following the departure of Tom Bergeron in 2020.
In the latest trailer for the upcoming season, Julianne dances on stage in a beautiful silver dress.
The post said: “It’s a new take on Dancing with the Stars! Starting this fall, you’ll kick off the new #DWTS season with co-hosts @juleshough and @therealalfonsoribeiro.”
