‘Drag Race’ Summary: Season 14 Episode 10 – The Worst Robbery Game Ever

Watching a queen bomb in a Snatch game is painful enough, but all queens at once? God, the horror.

Unfortunately, that’s the reality that viewers have to face on Fridays Drag racingthis will be considered one of the most memorable episodes of the franchise…for all the wrong reasons.

How does one even begin to dissect this nightmare? Lady Camden’s horned William Shakespeare (aka Beethoven if you ask Jorgeous) is a funny concept but doesn’t materialize. Also, why breasts? Jasmine Kennedie, who should probably do her own research before deciding to play Betsy DeVos, is similar. And how did Angeria Paris VanMichaels manage the iconic Queen Tammie Brown? Then there is Jorgeous, who knows Broad City inside and out, but fails to capture the essence of Ilana Glazer.

And that’s just the top row! Willow Pill didn’t even live up to my lofty expectations when she took on the role of Drew Barrymore, Bosco’s Gwyneth Paltrow left no one beaten (tee-hee), and Daya Betty’s Ozzy Osbourne did overtaken by Carson Kressley’s dominant impression during the critique.

I would say, I think it’s funny that Dove Cameron wins the game of Snatch. When was the last time the score really mattered?

DeJa Skye was named this week’s top queen for giving a good impression of Lil Jon, even if her performance was mostly just a string of catchphrases as opposed to actual jokes . Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad she finally got her win, but that’s way too low. All you have to do is step through it without tripping, and that’s basically what she did.

Then came the season’s gag. Good, other muzzled. Ru was so disappointed in her queens by their poor Shooting Game performance that she announced that everyone but DeJa would be disqualified. But not this week! No, that would be too easy. It would also skew the show’s plans to make it the longest season to date.

Instead, the “bottom” queens – Angela, Bosco, Daya, Jasmine, Jorgeous, Camden and Willow – will go head-to-head in a lip-sync tournament next week to determine who will stay in the contest.

On the one hand, I’m a bit annoyed that we’ve gone another week without being eliminated, but on the other hand, Ru hasn’t bled in a while. Color I’m excited.

Which queen would you like to be brought home to next week? Vote in our poll below, then Leave a comment with your thoughts on tonight’s episode.
