Florida residents awaited the arrival of the First Lady as she traveled to discuss an initiative that aims to reduce 50 percent of cancer deaths each year.

In photos obtained exclusively by The Sun, protesters proudly announce their support for former President Donald Trump.

Jill Biden gave a speech on the Cancer Moonshoot initiative and said Americans should unite against the devastating effects of the disease.

“It’s not a red or blue issue,” she said, according to The Palm Beach Post.

“It’s an American problem. It’s a global problem.

“It will take us all to end cancer as we know it.”

She claimed that the initiative will focus on giving those affected by cancer equal access to diagnostics and treatment.

“Cancer changes everyone it touches, and in a way it touches all of us,” she said.
