The ferret is introduced to us in episode 1. When the Brannock family moves into the house at 657 Boulevard, Carter comes down the stairs with his ferret named Sprinkles. He asks Dean where the ferret’s leash is and Dean replies that he doesn’t know. Then Dean tells Carter not to run Sprinkles all over the house because he doesn’t want them peeing all over the place. Later in the episode we find out that Dean and Nora Carter bought the ferret so that he would be comfortable moving into the new house.

Jumping further into the episode, Sprinkles escapes her cage and ventures around the house while the Brannocks sleep. But then the ferret is grabbed by a person with black gloves. So what happens to Sprinkles? They die?
