How many children does Britney have and how old are they?

Britney has two children, Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15.

Her father is Kevin Federline, Spears’ ex-husband and former backup dancer.

The former couple met in 2004 and announced their engagement four months after dating in July. The couple married in September in Studio City, California.

The following year, Spears’ first son Sean was born, and 363 days later she gave birth to Jayden.

It was my boys birthday last week… and unfortunately they are growing up and want to do their own stuff…. I have to ask their permission to post them because they are extremely independent little men 🤷🏼‍♀️😂🥺 !!! Spears was released on September 21, 2021.

She later continued, “There’s a lot I can’t share with you all because my kids are very private, which I love, but I’ll tell you they’re both extremely talented and I’m so incredibly blessed to have them Having two little men in my life ❤️🙏🏼 !!!”

The tribute came just days after the singer made headlines for deleting her Instagram after getting engaged to Sam Asghari.

Sean and Jayden made a rare appearance on social media on Wednesday, October 6th.

The two brothers, who mostly stay away from the public eye despite their mother’s superstardom, posed with peace signs in photos with Eddie Morales, CEO of Movision Entertainment and their father’s boyfriend, on his Instagram.

The caption reads: “In times of grief it feels really worth living to know you have #family.

On April 11, 2022, the 40-year-old pop singer took to Instagram to reveal her pregnancy with fiancé Sam Asghari

However, she made a post on Instagram on May 14, 2022, announcing that she had lost her baby early in the pregnancy.

Her post read: “It is with our deepest sadness that we have to announce that we lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy. This is a devastating time for any parent.”

She continued, “Maybe we should have waited until we were more advanced to announce. However, we were overly excited to share the good news. Our love for one another is our strength. We will continue to try to expand our beautiful family.”

She concluded: “We are grateful for all of your support. We ask for your privacy at this difficult moment.”

Why did Britney Spears lose custody of her children?

The star lost custody of the two boys in 2007 after a mishap that saw the distraught star shave her head before attacking a photographer’s car with an umbrella.

A judge granted Federline full custody, much to Spears’ chagrin.

Spears was arrested in 2008 after locking herself in a bathroom with then-year-old Jayden.

The drama ended with her being taken away from her home in an ambulance after a four-hour layoff.

Thereafter, Spears was granted two visits and one overnight stay per week.

She then received 50/50 custody of Federline with the creation of her conservatory, which ended on November 12, 2021.

However, that all changed in September 2019 when he was granted 70 percent while Spears was only given 30 percent.

As of October 11, 2021, Britney’s custody arrangements are not expected to change, regardless of guardianship status.

According to TMZ, her sons aren’t looking for more or less time with their mother. The current arrangement they have where Britney can see the kids when she and she wants is what works for the family as of now.

There are reportedly fewer concerns about constantly supervising the boys due to their age, so the arrangement is expected to remain the same.

What does Britney pay Kevin Federline in child support?

Spears has been paying her ex-partner Federline $20,000 a month in child support and their children’s college and school expenses, reports TMZ.

She has also paid for nearly $35,000 a month for her clothing, extracurricular activities, and many other expenses.

In 2018, Federline Spears asked to increase her child support payment from $20,000 to $60,000 a month, citing that “the children are older and the financial circumstances of the parties are significantly different than the original child support resolution.” “.

She was also ordered to pay Federline $100,000 to cover his legal fees and expenses during her negotiations, the Blast reports.

When did Jamie Spears request the end of her conservatory?

Spears’ conservatory was introduced in 2008 after the star had a series of public meltdowns.

However, on November 12, 2021, the 13-year conservatorship came to an end.

The arrangement brought her financial fortune under the control of her father Jamie, and over the years she has made countless attempts to end it, resulting in rejections.

However, in a shocking turn of events, Jamie filed a petition to end his daughter’s conservatory after 13 years in September 2021.

The petition was filed with a Los Angeles Superior Court and states that Spears “has the right for that court to now seriously consider whether that guardianship is no longer required.”

In addition, the filing alleges her circumstances have changed “to such an extent that the reasons for establishing guardianship may no longer exist.”

“As Mr. Spears has said time and time again, all he wants is what is best for his daughter,” the document continues.

“If Ms. Spears wants to finish conservatory and believes she can manage her own life, Mr. Spears believes she should be given that chance.”

While this might seem like good news, Jamie added a catch and has since asked for $2 million in exchange.

Spears’ attorney Mathew Rosengart told The Sun regarding Jamie’s petition: “It appears that Mr Spears believes he can seek to avoid accountability and justice, including taking an affidavit and responding to other discoveries under oath, but as we assess his filing – which was inappropriately leaked to the media before it was served to counsel – we will continue to evaluate all options.”

Rosengart went on to call the conservator “shameful” and claimed he “spends the better part of his short time dwelling on inappropriate attacks and blame.”

Then, just weeks later, Spears filed her own filings in hopes of replacing Jamie as her legal guardian.

On September 29, 2021, Judge Brenda Penny removed Jamie from Britney’s conservatory.

“Based on what I’ve read on the files and I’ve read everything. I believe suspending Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears,” she said in court.
