DENVER Broncos star Jerry Jeudy has been arrested as the team is reportedly aware of the ongoing situation.
The Broncos receiver was arrested Thursday between 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. local time in Colorado.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office reportedly confirmed Jeudy’s arrest but did not disclose why he was taken into custody.
The sheriff’s office says they won’t be able to release details about the arrest until he’s officially arrested.
The Broncos are aware of the situation, according to The Gazette, but are yet to comment on the star’s arrest.
Jeudy, 23, has participated in the Broncos’ off-season training programs, including last month’s voluntary mini-camp.
Jeudy, a 2020 first-round draft pick from Alabama, has 90 catches for 1,323 yards and three touchdowns in 26 career games.
While in Alabama, Jeudy received the 2018 second-year Fred Biletnikoff Award for the nation’s top wide receiver.
