A FOUR year old was shot dead in the parking lot of a grocery store on Sunday afternoon.
DeKalb County Police arrived at the scene of a Publix after receiving a tip that someone had been shot.

According to officials, a boy was in the vehicle with a family member during the shooting.
He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
It is unclear if any arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
Officials believe the incident was random but other details have not been released.
No other injuries have been reported.
