It was all fun and games for Aldi shoppers until they couldn’t find their favorite frozen meal anymore.

People on social media pleaded with Aldi to return the popular dish. The discount grocery store had an emoji to say to them.

Aldi has a history of discontinuing or even selling out fan-favorite snacks and frozen meals, and its loyal customers won’t stand for that.

The rolls are cheese lasagna rolls from Bremer.

One shopper was baffled when she couldn’t find them.

She took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and asked, “Where are my roles???”

Aldi ignored her urgency and replied: “No return date yet,” accompanied by a person twitching an emoji.

It’s unclear when the supermarket stopped selling the microwaveable cheese variety, but shoppers are wondering what’s happened since the beginning of this year.

And she said she doesn’t even like corn chips.

What’s special about these lasagna rolls?

A box of Bremer Cheese Lasagna Rolls contained 12 rolls priced at $5.99.

That was 50 cents per serving.

Each bun contained ricotta, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, as well as other processed ingredients, according to the packaging.

Of course, the lasagna rolls weren’t perfect.

Since there was no sauce, you had to make it yourself.

You can also find the lasagna rolls in spinach and artichoke flavors.

In this economy, it’s understandable why such an affordable meal is missed.

OFF THE SHELVES

The US program “Sun” previously reported on Aldi customers who were downright upset about the discontinuation of frozen grapes.

Meanwhile, Aldi confirmed it has stopped producing an iconic candy duplicate as customers also mourn the loss of a popular coffee creamer.

Once a specialty item is gone from the store, it is usually gone forever.

There is a glimmer of hope for lovers of another fan favorite.

The grocery chain announced it is bringing back Southern Grove Chili Lime Cashews.

In other complaints, Aldi customers criticized the store’s “unacceptable” self-checkout.
