Coronation Street’s Emma Brooker may be more heartbroken at her lavish wedding as Curtis Delemare considers running away.

The couple have had a rough couple of weeks – but things could be even worse for them this Christmas when it comes to their upcoming wedding. Emma and Curtis are getting married in a few weeks but there’s still a chance for things to go awry.

Emma is busy preparing for the wedding, but isn’t sure if she’s doing it right.

However, things may not go her way because Curtis is busy learning about flights.

Emma – The person’s relationship was rocked by Curtis’ lying about his health problems – was dealt another blow when Steve revealed to Amy that he gave his bank card to Curtis for a charity transfer but they never received it.

Emma is waiting for Curtis at their wedding venue – but will he join her or has he made a run?

It comes after Curtis actor Sam Retford confirmed his character actually has feelings for Emma.

Speaking to the press recently, actor Sam was asked if Curtis’ feelings for Emma were genuine or a lie.

He replied: “No, it’s really hard. I think he went too deep. She taught him a lot about herself but a little late. He has done this before with others but he he will leave.

“He will get what he wants, not consciously, but once he feels that fulfillment, he will feel the risk is too high to stay and he will make excuses and run away so as not to face any more authentic introspection.”

“But with Emma it’s different because he’s found someone worthy. I think he knew it was coming. He didn’t have the emotional intelligence to bring it up but he knew it would come and he did. He was almost looking forward to that moment,” he added, “As well as afraid that it would be the only chance he’d get, and if she stayed, she’d stay, but this would be only chance to be who I really am and I think she taught him who that is in him, so that’s definitely a true cult.”
