Cops get sick seeing what’s hanging around kids’ necks and then figuring out what a bottle of whiskey is for

Maine authorities were responding to a call from a Good Samaritan concerned about strange activity at a neighbor’s home.

When officers arrived, they were horrified at what was hanging around the children’s necks, which was only made worse when they discovered what some nearby Fireball Whiskey bottles had been used for.

When authorities were called to the home of 30-year-old James Kuhn, they didn’t expect to find anything new for these seasoned veterans of the force.

Despite being accused of a crime, he was soon released and free to do as he pleased again when they were again called to his home in the city of Belfast and this time discovered whiskey wasn’t just for drinking.

Two years ago, Kuhn was taken into custody when police found he was checking his young children with shock collars. He forced them to wear the painful canine devices and apparently found joy in shocking them for fun or when the little ones were acting out.

Upon his release, he was sent home with the children, who endured far more of their father’s alarming antics until a concerned citizen filed a request for an investigation into what was found at the property.

According to the Bangor Daily News, Kuhn’s 7-year-old confessed to the neighbor that the injuries all over his body were from some “black powder that made puff/thump”.

The neighbor wasn’t sure what he meant but saw the marks all over the little boy and called the police to say she suspected illegal explosives. When investigators arrived, they found that Kuhn had made explosives from empty Fireball whiskey bottles and detonated them right next to his children.

The neglected father was arrested, this time on charges of criminal use of explosives, reckless behavior and endangering the child’s welfare.

It’s unclear if he’s so ignorant of cause and effect that he doesn’t realize the real danger he’s putting his children in, or if he’s trying to hurt them. Someone needs to put a shock collar around his neck and detonate some whiskey bottle explosives around him at once as the only fitting punishment for the crimes he committed against his children.
