MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It was a chilly start to Wednesday with mostly mid- to over-50s across South Florida.
The temperature was 67 degrees below our average low. Wearing layers is important as this afternoon will be quite comfortable as the highs climb to the mid-70s lows.
It’s going to be a beautiful day ahead with mostly dry weather.
Although the chance of rain is low, a shower due to winds turning northeasterly later today cannot be ruled out.
There is a high risk of dangerous currents due to strong winds on shore and a little crafty advice for boaters due to dangerous sea conditions.
Wednesday night won’t be as cold but still cool. Decrease from mid to above 60s.
Thanksgiving Day will be milder with highs climbing up to the upper 70s. We will see a combination of sun and clouds. There may be spotty showerheads.
Friday will be warmer with highs nearing 80 degrees. Showers are possible Friday through Saturday.
Late Sunday, a cold front will flood in and open up to slightly cooler air.
By Monday morning, we’ll wake up with lows near 60 degrees and highs in the mid to above 70 degrees.
