Chris Eubank Jr Claims He Can KOd Liam Williams Anytime But ‘Wants To Punish Him’

CHRIS EUBANK JR claims he can take out Liam Williams whenever he imagines – but ‘punish him’ instead.
The middleweight settled his bitter feud with Williams in a one-sided, scoring fashion four kills over the course of 12 winning rounds.
But Eubank Jr32, later asserted he purposely refused to KO, instead pulling out a beating over long distances.
I said Sports sky: “I want to teach this man a lesson. He said some threatening things to me that led to this fight so I want to punish him.
“I thought, ‘I don’t want to knock this man out in the first round.’ I want to get people like him out of boxing.
“You saw the fight – headbutts, headbutts, crazy tricks. I was surprised he didn’t get knocked out. I punished him like I said I would.”
Eubank Jr., who revealed him BIT Williamssaid stopping the Welshman, 29, would give his opponents ‘an easy way out’.
He continued: “If I had pressed on the gas at any point during the fight, he could have gone. But he needs to be taught a lesson.

“I don’t want to give him an easy way out. This game has many levels. Don’t be loud with guys you can get hurt.
“He thinks he’s something that he’s not.”
Despite Eubank Jr’s comments, ring expert Johnny Nelson is not so convinced.
Nelson, 55, replied: “I don’t buy that. I don’t believe him. If he can win the knockout, he will.
“His shot didn’t hit the target. He couldn’t find a knockout. No way in a million years I believe him.
“He made a fundamental mistake – he should have stayed professional.”
