Child hazard fee for the mother whose child died in the fire

DONG ST. LOUIS, Ill. (AP) – A woman in East St. Louis, whose five children died in a fire at her home after she left them alone, has been charged with child endangerment.
Reporting by Belleville News-Democrat that prosecutors sought a grand jury indictment after determining that Sabrina Dunigan, 34, was at least partially responsible for their deaths.
Dunigan’s children, ages 9 to 2, were killed in the August 6 fire.
At the time, a fire department official said Dunigan was leaving the house to pick up her boyfriend at work when the fire broke out.
