Chelsea’s record signing Enzo Fernandez STARTS against Fulham after £107m transfer as Mudryk made debut
CHELSEA-record signing Enzo Fernandez has been called up in the starting line-up for the Fulham visit.
The World Cup winner signed for a British record £107m on deadline day and will make his debut tonight.
All paperwork is understood to have been signed and filed with the Premier League in time for Fernandez’s registration.
The club were still awaiting a work permit for the midfielder but it was approved earlier today.
Fernandez had to be patient for the move but Graham Potter wasted no time putting him on the side.
January team-mate Mykhailo Mudryk makes his full debut after impressing in his first game against Liverpool.
The Ukrainian causes all sorts of trouble for the Reds with his scary pace, setting the fastest pace in the Prem this season at 22.76mph.
Chelsea fans will be hoping he inspires the side to back-to-back home wins for the first time since October.
Benoit Badiashile, who arrived from Monaco for £35million last month, has so far helped Chelsea save two goals from two and will be looking to continue that streak.
He supports Thiago Silva in central defence, Marc Cucurella at left-back and Reece James returning from injury at right-back.
