Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech ‘submits transfer request after AC Milan open talks to sign unlucky winger’

CHELSEA star Hakim Ziyech has reportedly submitted his transfer application as he applies for a move to AC Milan.
The winger is believed to be frustrated with his lack of playing time and sees a future at the Italian champions.

Sky Italia report that Milan and the Blues are currently in talks over a potential move while the attacking reshuffle continues at Stamford Bridge.
Ziyech could follow Romelu Lukaku in the London-to-Milan move, while Thomas Tuchel and the Chelsea hierarchy are eyeing a number of strikers.
Former Ajax star Ziyech has been at the club since 2020 but has failed to secure a regular spot in the team despite impressive moments.
His agent has now approached AC Milan to try and find him a new club.

The 29-year-old’s contract runs until 2025 and Chelsea are said to be more interested in a loan deal with an option to buy than a permanent sale this summer.
Ziyech came off the bench 13 times for Chelsea last season and wants more minutes on the pitch.
Despite his limited playing time, he has brought unforgettable moments of quality to the fans.
He scored an impressive goal against bitter rivals Tottenham in January and the previous season he guided Chelsea to the FA Cup final after his winning goal defeated Manchester City at Wembley.

Ziyech’s departure would come after the impending departure of Romelu Lukaku, who is set to return to Inter after a difficult year in west London.
But the Blues are not short of potential reinforcements as Raheem Sterling, Richarlison and Gabriel Jesus have all been linked with the club in recent days.
