CHELSEA is likely to lose £600k per game due to a loss in ticket sales for the remainder of this season, the report claims.

The Blues were rocked this morning by the news that owner Roman Abramovich’s assets have been frozen by the UK government, amid relations with Vladimir Putin.

Chelsea have been granted a special license by the government to continue playing, but their planned sale is currently on hold.

However, the residents of West London were unable to sell any tickets or merchandise during a major financial shock.

Those in possession of the club’s 28,000 season tickets WILL still be able to attend home matches – having purchased their seats.

But the remaining 12,834 tickets at Stamford Bridge will go unsold.

According to an OLBG study, Chelsea will lose up to £603,198 on unsold tickets per home game.

If the matter is not resolved for the rest of the season, the Blues will miss out on more than £3m from their last five home matches.

Chelsea have also suspended their £120m shirt sponsorship deal with mobile network Three.

A statement read: “Due to the Government’s recently announced sanctions, we have asked Chelsea Football Club to temporarily suspend our sponsorship of the club including the removal of the trademark. from and around the stadium until further notice.

“We recognize that this decision will affect a great many fans, who have watched their team passionately.

“However, we feel that given the circumstances and sanctions the Government has put in place, it is the right thing to do.

“As a mobile network, the best way we can support the people of Ukraine is to make sure refugees arriving in the UK after the conflict and customers currently in Ukraine can connect with the people who matter. with them.

“We are therefore offering connectivity packages to all Ukrainians coming to the UK and those in Ukraine.”

Abramovich – who is said to be close to the Kremlin to Putin – has been banned from selling the club and from pumping more money into the SW6 outfit.

But the Government will consider the application for a license to sell the club – although Abramovich will not pocket a dime for that.

American billionaire Todd Boehly is eager to start the club and awaits a response to an offer he and Swiss business partner Hansjorg Wyss have made.

The Blues – which will score nine points if they take the helm – have been BANNED from buying or selling players and tying up expired stars to new deals.
