SEVILLE star Jules Kounde is reportedly close to a signing for Chelsea after agreeing personal terms for a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are longtime admirers of the France defender, who failed to sign him last year.
But the west London side have reignited interest in the 23-year-old as Thomas Tuchel is desperate to bolster his defence.
Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen will depart as free agents after agreeing to join Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively.
Meanwhile, Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso could also join the Nou Camp.
Plans are already underway for Chelsea to secure Kounde’s services, with the France international keen to join forces with the Premier League giants.
And now Transferguru Andrew Korssund has claimed the player has agreed personal terms with Chelsea ready to meet Sevilla’s asking price.
It is understood the LaLiga outfit are targeting a fee in the region of £59m.
Korssung tweeted: “Jules Kounde is close to a move to Chelsea.
“The Blues will finalize talks with Sevilla once the Boehly acquisition is complete and they are ready to pay the required fee.

“Personal terms have already been agreed and the Frenchman is just waiting for Chelsea.”
Kounde has been a key player for Sevilla this season – with three goals and one assist in 43 games in all competitions.
He has helped Julen Lopetegui’s side secure a place in the Champions League next season.
Sevilla are in fourth place going into the final game of the season and could finish third if they beat Athletic Bilbao and fail to beat Atletico Madrid against Real Sociedad.
